Despite late goal from Hat Tricks forward, Alexios Georgaklis, Danbury was unable to find momentum in 5-1 loss against the Titans.

In the opening frame, the Hat Tricks were put on the penalty kill early, via a tripping call against Danbury defenseman, Ivan Korodiuk. A roughing penalty against Danbury defenseman, Pierre Larocque followed shortly after the initial tripping penalty, putting the Hat Tricks on a 5-on-3 kill. New Jersey captain, Dominick Rivelli, would score on their power play, to put the Titans up 1-0. Interactions between players throughout the period would get chippy, but nothing serious would come until the next period.

In the second frame, things boiled over as Hat Tricks defenseman, Anthony White, dropped the gloves with Titans forward, Kristofers Krumins. Both players would receive 5 minutes for fighting and Krumins received and automatic ejections with a removing the helmet penalty. New Jersey would notch two more goals to make it a 3-0 game. Goals coming from Matej Teply and Ryan Friedman respectively.

Entering the final frame, the Hat Tricks were looking to hopefully tie things up and send it into overtime. A late power play goal from Titans forward, Arhip Sidarovich, would give New Jersey a 4-1 lead. Danbury was quick to answer as forward, Alexios Georgaklis, would score the lone goal of the game for the Hat Tricks. New Jersey would seal the game with a costly defensive error, that lead to forward, Dominik Bartecko, being left all alone to improve the Titans score to 5-1.

The Hat Tricks will head back to New Jersey to play against the Titans for the last time this season. Puck drop is set for 7:00 p.m. on NAHLTV.
