Dukaric Sets Franchise Mark as Hat Tricks Sweep Mountain Kings

Feb 14, 2026

Jon Dukaric was perfect between the pipes, stopping all 32 shots he faced to lead the Hat Tricks to a 3–0 victory over the visiting New Hampshire Mountain Kings and secure the weekend sweep.

The shutout was Dukaric’s fourth of the season — the most in Hat Tricks history. With the win, Danbury claimed five of the six meetings against New Hampshire this year and extended its winning streak to three games.

Ludovik Gauvin opened the scoring late in the first period. With 3:42 remaining, Kai Elkie carried the puck into the offensive zone along the far boards and fed Brendan Boring in the slot. Boring quickly sent a cross-ice pass to Gauvin, who fired a shot high blocker side past Mountain Kings goaltender Nolan Francis for his sixth goal of the season.

Brady Walters doubled the lead just 54 seconds into the second period in his second game with the Hat Tricks. After Patrik Ula entered the zone, the puck drifted toward the crease. Francis attempted to play it, but Walters intercepted and buried his first goal as a Hat Trick to make it 2–0.

Elkie added insurance midway through the second, cashing in on a rebound at the top of the crease and beating Francis short side for his 15th of the season.

Francis finished with 17 saves on 20 shots. Click HERE for the complete box score.

The Hat Tricks now turn their focus to an important home-and-home series next weekend against the Philadelphia Rebels.
